How does the reservation system work? Our real-time interactive reservation system provides you with the ability to select your preferred holiday dates and then reserve them for you, should they be available. Just enter your e-mail address, first name and surname in the boxes provided, then click in the 'select the date of your first night' box. A calendar will appear allowing you to choose the date of your first night. Then select the number of nights you require, the number of adults and children in your party, and the number of rooms that you require. We accept payment in many currencies, so select the currency of your choice. Once you have completed the form, select Make Reservation and press The form contents are checked, any discrepancies being reported for you to address. For your convenience and security, ideally you need both active content* and cookies** enabled, so that when you next return, the form is automatically populated with your details. *[If the calendar appears, active content is enabled] As part of the process, we need to verify your e-mail address by you sending us an e-mail. We manually respond to e-mails, to ensure that your questions are answered satisfactorily and will provide you with a security key for later use. To amend a reservation, simply change the details, select Amend Reservation and press If you changed the date or number of nights, they are checked for availability and then updated if available. You can make as many amendments as you like. Once you are happy with your reservation details and wish to make a firm booking, simply select Book Reservation and press You can check the status of your booking at any time by selecting Check Status and pressing N.B. If the form is not automatically filled upon your return to the pricing page by the cookie (e.g. you use a different computer, or you deleted your cookie), you will have to enter the security key we provide in order to make an amendment, a booking, or to check your status. |
